After 30 days, returns are not accepted unless required by law or expressly authorized by LPE.

Condition

Returned merchandise must be in substantially the same condition in which it was shipped. Gemstones, slabs, rough material, or other products that have been cut, polished, drilled, treated, broken, modified, incorporated into another product, or otherwise materially altered after delivery are not considered in the same condition. Naturally occurring characteristics present when sold are not customer-caused damage.

Return Shipping

For ordinary accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, appropriate packaging, and the risk and cost of return. Tracking and appropriate insurance are strongly recommended.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping, freight, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable except when LPE shipped the wrong item, applicable law requires otherwise, or LPE expressly agrees otherwise.

No Restocking Fee

LPE does not charge a restocking fee for an accepted, non-damaged return meeting this policy.

Damaged Merchandise

Shipping damage should be handled through the applicable shipping-insurance claim process. Photographic evidence and cooperation may be required. If a carrier or insurer rejects a claim, LPE will evaluate the matter case by case. Review does not guarantee a refund or replacement and remains subject to applicable law and shipment circumstances.

Custom and Digital Projects

Custom and digital projects are final sale and non-refundable once applicable project terms have been agreed to and signed or otherwise validly accepted, except where the project agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.

Return Authorization

Contact support@lazypotatoexpress.com before returning merchandise so instructions can be provided. Sending merchandise without following reasonable return instructions may delay processing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method when reasonably available.
