Acceptable Use and User Content Policy
Acceptable Use and User Content Policy
Lazy Potato Express, Inc.
Effective Date: September 27, 2026
User Content
User Content may include reviews, photographs, support messages, project materials, files, comments, product feedback, and other content submitted by a customer or user.
Ownership
Customers retain ownership of User Content to the extent they own it. Submission does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to LPE.
License to LPE
By submitting User Content, you grant LPE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate services, provide support, complete transactions/projects, display reviews or submitted material where appropriate, maintain records, protect security, resolve disputes, and promote LPE where the nature of the submission reasonably indicates public display or promotional use was intended. This license does not permit LPE to falsely represent authorship or ownership.
Content Moderation
LPE may review, reject, restrict, or remove User Content when reasonably believed necessary for legal, ethical, security, operational, or policy reasons, including unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, sexually exploitative, unlawfully discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Account Deletion and Content
Deleting an account does not automatically transfer ownership of User Content to LPE. Information may remain where reasonably necessary for completed transactions, tax/accounting records, fraud prevention, security logs, backups, chargebacks, shipping/insurance claims, project records, dispute resolution, agreement enforcement, legal obligations, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law. Public content may remain where continued use is permitted by the granted license and applicable law.
