Lazy Potato Express, Inc. (“LPE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.lazypotatoexpress.com, store.lazypotatoexpress.com, and support.lazypotatoexpress.com. This Privacy Policy describes personal information collected through our websites, accounts, store, support system, projects, and direct communications and explains how we use, retain, protect, and disclose it.

Information We Collect

Website and Technical Information

We may collect IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, access times, security/server logs, and related technical information.

Account Information

Because an account is required to place store orders or submit support requests, we may collect information used to create, authenticate, administer, and secure your account.

Support Information

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, support messages, device/technical information, photographs, files or attachments, and other information you voluntarily provide.

Order Information

We may collect name, email, phone number, shipping address, billing-related information, order details, shipping/tracking information, return information, and information associated with disputes, insurance claims, or chargebacks.

Project and User-Submitted Information

For custom services, we may collect materials reasonably necessary to quote, perform, document, and complete the project. We may also receive reviews, photographs, comments, files, communications, and other information you choose to provide.

Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. When card information is submitted directly to the processor, LPE does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on its websites. The processor’s own privacy/security practices apply.

How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to questions; provide services/support; process and fulfill orders; ship merchandise; process returns and shipping-insurance claims; perform custom services; communicate about projects; operate, maintain, and secure websites; manage/authenticate accounts; detect fraud/abuse; maintain business records; address disputes/chargebacks; perform analytics if enabled; send requested communications; comply with obligations; enforce agreements; protect rights; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Our websites may use cookies or similar technologies for account sessions, security, preferences, store operation, and analytics where enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

How We Share Information

LPE does not sell personal information collected through our websites or provide personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to providers assisting with payment processing, hosting/infrastructure, communications, shipping/delivery, shipping insurance/claims, fraud/security, accounting/professional services, and other services necessary to complete a transaction or requested service. We may also disclose information to comply with law, lawful process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud/security incidents, protect rights/safety, or establish/defend legal claims.

Shipping Providers

Information reasonably necessary to deliver an order may be provided to the selected carrier and related shipping/insurance providers, including recipient name, delivery address, contact information where required, package information, insured value, and other necessary shipment information.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Independent third parties have their own privacy policies. When you leave our websites or directly interact with an independent service, that provider’s policies may apply.

Data Retention

When browsing without logging in, we may retain IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, access times, and similar technical information for up to 24 months for operation, analytics, security, and improvement.

Following account deletion, we will remove or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period when no longer reasonably necessary. Certain information may be retained longer for completed transactions, accounting/tax obligations, payments, fraud/chargeback prevention, shipping/insurance claims, support/repair records, project documentation, security/access logs, backups/disaster recovery, agreement enforcement, dispute resolution, legal claims, and legal obligations.

User Content

Ownership and licensing of reviews, photographs, files, and other User Content are addressed in the Acceptable Use and User Content Policy. Account deletion does not automatically transfer ownership to LPE.

Security

We use measures intended to help protect personal information, including HTTPS, restricted administrative access, account-security features, and routine software maintenance/updates. No method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, copies, restriction, or objection. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions. Contact privacy@lazypotatoexpress.com. We may reasonably verify identity before fulfilling a request. Nothing here restricts a privacy right that applicable law makes non-waivable.

Children’s Privacy

Our transactional/account services are intended for persons satisfying our Terms of Service eligibility requirements—generally at least 18 years old, or older where applicable law requires a higher age to enter the relevant agreement.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations. We will revise the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate or legally required.
