These Store Terms apply to purchases made through store.lazypotatoexpress.com and supplement the Lazy Potato Express Terms of Service.

Currency and Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in United States dollars (USD). Listed product prices do not include applicable sales, use, or similar taxes unless expressly indicated. Taxes required by law will be calculated and added at checkout or otherwise collected as required.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, shipping information, pricing, or other transaction information before fulfillment.

Pricing and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, photographs, availability, and pricing accurate. We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and, where reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel because of our error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment Processing

Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. LPE does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on its websites when those details are handled directly by the processor.

Fraud and Chargebacks

Customers should contact support@lazypotatoexpress.com before initiating a chargeback when attempting to resolve a legitimate transaction dispute. Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination and lawful collection or other remedies. Nothing here prevents a customer from exercising a lawful right to dispute a charge.

Order Cancellation

An order may not be canceled after it has shipped. Requests received before shipment will be considered based on order status and costs already incurred.

Final-Sale Items

Custom and digital projects are final sale and non-refundable once applicable terms have been agreed to and signed or otherwise validly accepted, unless the individual project agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy.

Physical Products

Physical products are sold subject to their listing, photographs, disclosures, the Returns and Refunds Policy, and applicable law. Gemstones and natural materials are additionally governed by the Gemstone and Natural Materials Disclosure.
