Shipping Area

LPE currently ships physical store orders only within the United States.

Carrier Selection

Where available, customers may select among supported major carriers or shipping services shown at checkout. Availability depends on destination, dimensions, weight, carrier limitations, and practical considerations.

Shipping Charges and Insurance

The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Charges may include carrier costs and insurance. Physical merchandise shipments will generally include insurance based on the merchandise sale price, subject to carrier/insurer terms, exclusions, limits, and availability. Insurance does not guarantee claim approval.

Heavy and Oversized Items

Stone slabs and unusually heavy, large, or oversized merchandise may incur additional freight, handling, packaging, insurance, residential-delivery, lift-gate, or other carrier charges. When reasonably practicable, applicable charges will be disclosed before shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for complete and accurate shipping addresses. Additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless LPE expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Contact support@lazypotatoexpress.com promptly. Customers must provide reasonably requested photographs of damaged merchandise, packaging, shipping labels, and visible package damage. Retain the merchandise and packaging while a claim is evaluated unless instructed otherwise. Failure to preserve evidence reasonably required by the carrier or insurer may affect a claim.

Incorrect Shipments

If LPE ships an incorrect item, contact support. We will evaluate and correct the shipment on a case-by-case basis consistent with applicable law. Where LPE is responsible, the customer will not bear return-shipping costs that applicable law or our policy places on LPE.
